BT Infinity

Post by Pintskebab » Wed Aug 15, 2012 10:37 pm

Hello All,

Is anyone out there using BT Infinity? I have been offered a package, but with previous bad experience with BT I am reluctant to make the change.

So if any of you have any experience with the new Broadband service please share.

Cheers.

Af.

No Experience with BT, but i'd highly recommend my ISP Zen - not the cheapest, but very reliable and outstanding customer service - top of which best-buys for 3 years or so in a row.

We switched onto BT Infinity maybe 6 months ago. The reason we did that was that they seemed to be the only provider offering unmetered superfast broadband.

It is certainly unmetered, superfast broadband. We have already had a couple of run-ins with customer service, including two problems we have put our own workarounds in place for rather than try to fight with their call centre repeatedly.

On the whole it works, and their customer service is vastly improved with the introduction of the @btcare twitter account who do genuinely seem to want to help if people are having problems.

If you've got any specific questions let me know.

Tiniane.
